Migration Community Hall Kingsville are collectively known as “Migration Hall”. Migration Hall is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognises the need of people with whom we do business, such as our visitors, theatre enthusiasts, patrons, sponsor and our members, to provide appropriate management and protection of any Personal Information that you agree to provide to us.
In addition to the care Migration Hall takes directly, we are also working with all of the partner organisations that may at some point handle personal information gathered by us during their relationship with and service to us. Migration Hall collects personal information about individuals (c visitors, rail enthusiasts, patrons, sponsors and our members) to manage its business better. Migration Hall will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the personal information it collects and uses is accurate and complete. On written request by an individual to whom the information relates, the organisation will modify the information as required.

Retention Of Personal Data
Migration Hall will establish a retention period for all personal information collected. This period may be related to legislation other than PIPEDA, such as Law Enforcement or any other Governing Agency

Migration Hall will not disclose personal information unnecessarily to members or any third party unless the affected individual consents. or in the following cases
1) A lawyer representing Migration Hall; 2) Collection of a debt owed to Migration Hall by the individual or member; 3) To comply with a subpoena, a warrant or an order made by a court or other body with appropriate jurisdiction; 4) At the request of a law enforcement agency in the process of a civil or criminal investigation; 5) At the request of a government agency or department requesting the information; or, 6) As required by law.
PIPEDA permits Migration Hall to transfer personal information to a third party without the individual’s knowledge or consent if the transfer is simply for processing purposes and the third party only uses the information for the purposes for which it was transferred. Migration Hall will ensure, by contract or other means, that the third party protects the information and uses it only for the purposes for which it was transferred.
Access to Your Personal Data
Migration Hall promotes individuals’ right to access personal information about themselves. Migration Hall will provide access to the information upon request. Access will be provided according to established procedures. Note: Access to a record may be subject to the payment of any fee required according to Migration Hall policy.

Migration Hall’s Privacy Policy is in effect as of March 26, 2004, and is retroactive to January 1, 2004. This policy is subject to amendment in response to developments in the privacy legislation. The Chief Privacy Officer will review and revise the Privacy Policy from time to time as required by changes in privacy law. Notification of any changes in the Privacy Policy will be posted on Migration Halll ‘s website and in Migration Hall’s Privacy Statement. Any changes in the Privacy Policy will apply to Personal information collected from the date of posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Migration Hall’s Website.
